Return and exchange policy :
1. You can indicate your intent to return within 7 calendar days (including holidays) of receiving your product; a request made beyond the designated period will not be dealt with. This does not apply to cases in off-premise context or other justifiable exceptions.
(The number of calendar days is calculated right after the buyer or recipient signs for the parcel.)
2. Innerwear/underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
3. Returned garments must be in new, unworn condition without any stains, damage, or alternation and with the original hang tag attached.
1. After the application for a qualified refund case is submitted, it takes about 10 business days to complete the refund process. The time for funds to be returned to your account is determined by each bank.
2. Please send back the products along with the invoice, receipt, and giveaways in a complete package. No refunds will be given for incomplete items of an order or for damaged items due to incomplete packaging.
